All about sorella
The business plan that finally left the group chat! Sorella barista is made up of three sisters - The word Sorella meaning sister in Italian. A country we all visited together in 2024 to celebrate one of our founding members wedding day and now it will hold a special place to us all.

About Summer
The middle one - I have over five years experience in the coffee industry. I started out in a small little independent French cafe where I discovered my passion for coffee. I am currently a supervisor for a big well know coffee chain who I can not name but let’s say I love my green apron. I am twenty seven and newly married. My cats are my babies - all three of them. My coffee order is “Decaf oat vanilla latte” and I like to enjoy my coffee with a good book.

About Codie
The bossy one - Alongside being a third of this amazing company I also own a Hair & Beauty salon in Plymouth. Within the salon I freelance as a bridal stylist travelling to venues all over Devon and Cornwall. I have worked within the wedding industry for over sixteen years and realised the industry was missing a company like Sorella. I am thirty two years old, married and have two beautiful children. My coffee order is an “Extra shot white mocha with oat.” I have been barista trained for over eight years and I would absolutely class myself as a coffee enthusiast. Much to my husbands dismay - If I’m leaving the house I’m treating myself to a little coffee.

About Daisy
The youth - I’ll be honest I’m not a coffee enthusiast like my sisters but I do make a mean hazelnut Hot-chocolate. I am the youngest member of Sorella so naturally I bring the trends, the content and the vibes. I play for my local women’s team in the south west regional women’s football league so I also travel up and down Devon and Cornwall most weekends.

Sorella have the pleasure to work alongside Girls Who Grind Coffee, who are an independent, female-founded specialty coffee roastery. Their coffee is 100% sourced from women producers, giving those women the recognition they deserve for all the hard work that goes into coffee.
With our coffee at Sorella, we will be using the Girls Who Grind House Espresso, Girl Crush. This is a medium roast coffee, with a subtle acidity, and an overall smooth and silky taste with notes of Chocolate, Nutty, Velvet taste.
Sorella will also be offering the Girls Who Grind Dreamy Decaf. This is the ultimate decaf coffee from the best female producers. This decaf is insanely delicious, with notes of Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Fudge.

Something brewed
Let us take care of you and your bridal party on your wedding morning. Our “something brewed” package is priced for six people and it will include the following:
• Our beautiful coffee cart set up and fully stocked at your chosen venue. This will include all syrups and milk options.
• A grazing style brunch box to cater for six people - items in the box may vary. Ham & cheese croissants, fresh fruit, macarons, granola pots, pancakes, chocolate pretzels.
• Cutlery and plates for serving.
• A personal barista who will freshly make and serve two drinks of choice per person.
• Fresh Apple and Orange juice with flutes to serve.
• Complimentary bottle of chilled Prosecco.

Something borrowed
Is your husband to be also at the venue? Let us hand deliver a coffee and croissants straight to your grooms party. We all know sometimes the groom can have one too many the night before. We will take a pre order from you prior to the wedding morning. Once we have you and your bridal party settled in with your first round of coffee let us track them down and make sure they are fed and caffeinated.
Hit me with your best shot
This one is for your suppliers. If you want to be a little bit extra and go above and beyond for your suppliers as a thank you then we have designed the perfect little add on for you. This will include one custom coffee, a ham and cheese croissant and a bottle of water. Hand delivered by us straight to your supplier in a on carry box.
